Orchard's Mall Community Awareness Show!

1.    On Saturday, March 06, 2010 - the Orchard's Mall Community Awareness Show!  Coordinator Linda Shannon-Chaillet will be there from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with her Newfoundland, Mackinaw, explaining Best Friends 4-H Club canine therapy program.  Volunteers are need to help spread the word at the booth. 

    Plan on bringing your canine and his/her ditty bag and spend a couple of hours showing off your teamwork. 

    4-H'er who give two hours of his/her time will receive a Community Service Letter for the time served. 

Disability Education Day

2.    On Saturday, March 13, 2010 - RESA is having a Disability Education Day from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Coloma Elementary School located at 262 South West Street, Coloma, MI 49038.

    Again, Best Friends will have a booth to explain our canine therapy program.  NO CANINES ALLOWED at this event.   

     4-H'er who give two hours of his/her time will receive a Community Service Letter for the time served. 

4-H SPRING ACHIEVEMENT CANINE EVALUATION

3.   On Saturday, April 17, 2010 - 4-H SPRING ACHIEVEMENT CANINE EVALUATION from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.
